The chart below shows temperature and humidity history for my wine collection (a few hundred bottles). Measurements are taken every five minutes and transmitted wirelessly to my computer where they are recorded persistently. The chart is updated automatically every hour at one minute after the hour. All times shown are in the US Pacific timezone.
